Industrial Casting Gallery – Pumps, Valves, Filter Housings, Machine Tool Castings and SGI Tubbing

This photo gallery presents selected examples of large industrial castings and machined metal components produced in South Korea. It includes ductile iron, cast iron, carbon steel and stainless steel castings for pumps, valves, filters, housings, machine tool structures, flanges, turbine and gearbox components, as well as SGI and cast iron tubings for tunnel and shaft lining applications.

 

Woosung Metal Company focuses on large, complex and quality-critical castings where material control, machining accuracy and inspection are essential. Our scope covers both raw castings and fully machined components for industrial pumps, filtration and water equipment, valve bodies, heavy machinery, power and process industries, marine and OEM applications. Production capability includes single castings up to 80 tons, with casting and machining carried out in South Korea under controlled QA/QC procedures.   

 

In addition to industrial castings, the gallery also includes SGI and cast iron segments (tubbing) used for mine shafts, tunnels, tunnel eyes, step plate junctions and cross passages.
